What is marketing automation?

Marketing Automation is a digital marketing strategy that involves the use of third-party tools that facilitate processes and actions in a company in an automated way, making them efficient and effective.

Within these actions, strategies of email marketing, chatbots, lead segmentation, workflows, among many others.

What is the purpose of Marketing Automation?

The main objective of marketing automation is to optimize the customer journey or customer journey to complete a purchase and then be able to fall in love with strategies for customer loyalty.

Within the customer journey there are different digital strategies such as lead scoring or lead nurturing that will help us identify if the person is considered a qualified lead and, based on the latter, nurture them with highly valuable content.
